How it all started…

Solii began in Tanner and Rebekah’s senior year at CU Boulder, where they connected in a New Venture Creation course. Tanner, on her own wellness journey, had discovered a troubling truth about many “healthy” snacks: they were packed with additives and artificial ingredients. Frustrated by this, she envisioned a snack that was both nourishing and delicious, using real, whole foods that deliver essential nutrients. When Tanner pitched the idea in class, Rebekah resonated immediately, and the two quickly joined forces to bring this vision to life.
They saw an opportunity to create something unique: a line of functional snacks that combine nutrient-dense ingredients with essential vitamins and supplements. After months of research, they developed BetterBites, their first product, and launched it through pop-ups around Boulder. The response validated their concept and fueled their commitment. Upon graduation, they rebranded as Solii—dedicated to focusing solely on what truly matters for health.
Today, Solii is more than a snack; it’s a movement toward accessible, sustainable wellness. With plans to expand their line, Tanner and Rebekah aim to introduce a variety of delicious treats enhanced with key supplements, creating the perfect additions to people’s daily routines.
